English speaking Production Employee

Wat je gaat doen You’ll play an important role in preparing our famous Gouda cheese for supermarkets. It’s hands-on work in a clean, modern factory – and your effort truly makes a difference.Your tasks:

• Operate a machine to shave off the crust
• Stack cleaned cheese on pallets
• Move pallets using an EPT (training provided!)
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily targets

Work Schedule

• You’ll work in a 3-shift system:
• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00

Wat we je bieden We reward your hard work with excellent benefits:

• Hourly wage: €17.23 + bonuses
• Monthly earnings: €3,200 to €3,700
• Shift allowances: +30% evenings, +40% nights
• Holiday allowance: 8.33%
• Travel reimbursement
• Full-time position (36–40 hours/week)
• Opportunity for a permanent contract
• Training options, including EPT certification

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented production employee who thrives in a dynamic environment and values teamwork.

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 15 kg)
• Available for all 3 shifts
• Own transport and housing
• EPT experience is a plus – or willingness to learn
• Basic education (VMBO level) and interest in production work
