Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and unplanned maintenance on advanced 4-stroke marine engines.
- Lead service technicians during maintenance, commissioning, performance tests, and root cause analysis.
- Perform troubleshooting, vibration measurement, and preventive maintenance based on analysis.
- Manage installation, implementation, and field service troubleshooting tasks.
- Deliver operational support throughout all stages of service projects.
- Identify spare parts requirements and ensure accurate follow-up.
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
- Uphold HSE standards in all field activities.
- Work flexibly across Europe and worldwide, including weekends and extended periods abroad
- Degree or proven experience as Marine Engineer / Field Service Technician.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 4-stroke engine maintenance (planned, unplanned, preventive, troubleshooting).
- Strong knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with vibration measurement and analysis is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license B.
- Based in the Antwerp region, with own transportation.
- Willingness to travel worldwide, work weekends, and stay abroad for several weeks at a time.
- Due to frequent international travel and the need for work authorization across EU countries, only candidates with unrestricted EU work and travel rights can be considered.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €4,300 (excluding overtime and allowances).
