We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level AI solutions. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, architecting scalable AI systems that deliver measurable business value while guiding technical teams through complex AI implementations.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Evaluate business challenges and identify opportunities where AI can provide effective solutions
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for AI projects
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new AI initiatives
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business applications
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML projects
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems using AI technologies
• Strong track record of architecting and delivering AI solutions that address real-world challenges
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including traditional ML, deep learning, and generative AI
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML services
• Expertise in data architecture, data pipelines, and data governance
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring strategies
• Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and tools
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Architect)
• Experience with AI ethics, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance
• Background in multiple industries and diverse AI use cases
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of edge AI and IoT architectures
• Experience with conversational AI, computer vision, or NLP solutions
• Understanding of cost optimization for AI workloads

Technical Expertise

• AI/ML Technologies: Deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models)
• Data Technologies: SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes, streaming platforms
• Programming: Python, understanding of other languages (Java, Scala, etc.)
• Strategic thinking and ability to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Problem‑solving mindset with analytical approach to identifying AI opportunities
• Strong decision‑making capabilities for technology selection and trade‑offs
• Leadership and ability to influence across organizational levels
• Risk assessment and mitigation for AI implementations
• Change management and ability to drive AI adoption

• First interview: Before the interview, we’ll ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game‑based assessment focusing on both your cognitive skills and behavioral preferences. We’ll discuss the results during the interview, which will include a colleague from the relevant department. This mutual introduction is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to ask any questions you have.
• Second interview: If we see a match and you’re still enthusiastic, we’ll invite you for a second interview. We’ll dive deeper into the role and other relevant topics. Sometimes, a business case is part of the process. A final interview may also follow.
