Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Spanish speaking Payroll Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Payroll Specialist for Spain, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for all Spanish employees. From managing data and collaborating with HR partners to overseeing audits and system improvements - your work keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What you'll do:
- Deliver payroll, time & absence, and data management services for Spain
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments and statutory reporting
- Safeguard confidentiality and compliance with Spanish payroll legislation
- Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal HR teams
- Assist employees by resolving payroll-related questions quickly and accurately
