Tasks
What you’ll do
- Build and manage sales tooling (Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, etc.) and continuously identify potential improvements for our tech stack.
- Set up integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, n8n/Make, APIs) to keep data flowing cleanly.
- Configure technical infrastructure to maximize deliverability of prospecting campaigns.
- Ensure data quality and enrichment across systems.
- Design best in class automated inbound and outbound process flows.
- Launch highly personalized campaigns at scale using intent signals and AI variables.
- Run A/B tests and other experiments to boost campaign conversion.
- Create dashboards (pipeline, conversion, velocity, funnel insights) and flag bottlenecks.
- Train SDRs & BDMs on best practices and provide hands-on support.
- Experiment with AI and new GTM technologies to keep us ahead.
Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Can translate messy processes into clear, automated workflows.
- Are curious about AI and enjoy pushing tools like Clay & n8n to the limit.
- Combine technical skills with commercial awareness.
- Write compelling, concise sales copy.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with internal and external sales teams.
- Are entrepreneurial and pragmatic: you build, test, improve.
