Avion designs, builds and operates Full Flight Simulators for airlines and training organisations worldwide, enabling more efficient and sustainable flight training. From our office in Nieuw-Vennep, we work in a dynamic, international environment.
About the internship
As a procurement intern, you will support our procurement team by requesting and comparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining supplier relationships. You will gain a solid understanding of the entire procurement process and contribute to a professional, international company.
Tasks
What will you do?
- Request and compare quotations
- Support price and quality analyses
- Maintain administration of orders and contracts
- Communicate with suppliers by email and phone
- Contribute ideas for process improvements
Requirements
What do we ask?
- You are following an MBO or HBO programme (e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or Commercial Economics)
- You are eager to learn, accurate and communicative
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- You can work independently as well as in a team
- English proficiency
Location
This job position is based at our office in Nieuw-Vennep, The Netherlands.
