- Ensures designs support both manual and automated testing.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline-our primary interest is in software engineers. Candidates with backgrounds in mechanical or mechatronics engineering will not be considered. If you believe your education is equivalent, please outline the software engineering courses you have completed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, conflict resolution, managing dependencies, accountability, and self-management.
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Experience with development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
- Openness to developing software in model-based environments like Simulink.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a willingness to learn Dutch.
- A GitHub portfolio (or similar), showcasing projects that you can discuss during the interview-these do not need to be automotive-related and can include any type of software development, such as mobile apps or backend services.
- Above all, a strong desire to learn and the perseverance to overcome challenges.
