-Providing information about the assortment (dimensions, colors, availability)
-Checking orders based on the conditions of feasibility and credit
-Advising and suggesting alternative solutions
-Entering and completing order data in the CRM system
-Contact customers prior to invoicing the goods.
-Following the order processing on the basis of planning and shipping overviews

-You speak German (C1) and English (C1), Dutch is a great bonus
-You have 2 years of experience in a similar role (commercial, sales, customer service)
-You have worked with B2B customers, preferably in the South-European and South-American area
-You have experience with ERP system
-You are available 36-40 hours per week
You must have a car and can commute to Noordwijkerhout.
