As a Logistics Production Operator, you ensure that the inbound and outbound flow of materials within the recycling process runs smoothly. You have a varied role: at times you operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products, while at other times you support the production process and make sure the machines keep running. In this way, you play a key role in the reuse of PET bottles and other plastics, contributing every day to a more sustainable world.
Your Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished products using a forklift
- Supplying raw materials to machines and replacing filters
- Monitoring inventory and maintaining an orderly warehouse and site
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment
- Liaising with the Technical Department in case of malfunctions or technical issues

You will work in a fixed 10-day shift rotation:
- 2 days early shift (06:00 – 14:00)
- 2 days late shift (14:00 – 22:00)
- 2 days night shift (22:00 – 06:00)
After this, you have 4 days off before the cycle starts again.
Job Requirements
- Forklift certificate or driving license (no certificate yet? You can obtain one through us)
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Hands-on mentality with a strong focus on results
- Team spirit and willingness to work together
- Safety-conscious and responsible working attitude
- Flexible and willing to work in a 5-shift system and take on various tasks
