Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high performance team.
Increase the presence in the Wordwide market
Providing information support to client by conducting thorough competitor research and analysis reporting in order to gain competitive edge within the Benelux
Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability to work with national parties to promote growth
HR tasks (reviews/appraisals, training, recruitment of new staff); lead by example, demonstrate exceptional coaching and leadership skills to develop team members to meet targets and improve their account management skills
This role requires an individual with a strong market specific background and in-depth industry knowledge
Role Requirements: At least 4 years experience in the B2B/FMCG/Retail sales environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
Experience hunting for new prospects and customers
Early to mid-stage tech startup experience is a plus
Great writing and/or editorial skill set in order to assure all public communications are of the highest standard
Proven ability to proactively work cross-functionally and prioritize heavy workloads for you and your team
Retail/E-Commerce experience are nice to have
