Tasks
- You will keep evidence and handle the preparation of childcare subsidies
- You will process different Employee certificates and non-cash taxes/benefits in kind
- You will be maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions
- You will perform regular reports or based on special requests
- You will respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll specific information
- You will support with payroll accounting, checklist and validation of data
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR payroll processes for minimum 2 years.
- Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
- Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
- Confident user of multiple payroll systems
- Excel intermediate level
- Evaluation skills and analytical thinking
- Passion for working with different HR systems and digitalisation of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives.
- Degree with a focus on HR, Economics or similar studies
