Description
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and confidential correspondence.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, minutes and action trackers, ensuring follow-up on key priorities.
Coordinate leadership meetings, company events and stakeholder communications.
Support the Global HR function with administration across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and data integrity across multiple international locations.
Produce HR reports, support payroll administration and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Maintain HR policies, templates and process documentation, supporting compliance and best practice.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant and Global HR Assistant should have:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, HR Administrator or HR Assistant role, ideally supporting both executive and HR functions.
Strong organisational, diary management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, approachable and confidential manner.
High attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records, reports and administrative processes.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HR systems, with ADP experience advantageous.
Understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes, including exposure to international HR support.
