Key Responsibilities for an Outbound Account Executive:

* Proactively contact an existing portfolio of business customers to build strong, lasting relationships.

* Manage customer accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

* Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to maximise account growth.

* Maintain regular contact with customers to encourage repeat business and strengthen account engagement.

* Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Update and maintain accurate customer information using the CRM system.

* Achieve individual sales and account growth targets while contributing to overall team performance.

What we need from you as an Outbound Account Executive:

* Previous experience in sales, account management, telesales, customer service or a relationship-focused role.

* Available to start as soon as possible.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Confident speaking to customers over the phone and identifying sales opportunities.

* Target-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

* Comfortable using CRM systems and managing customer accounts.
