Contek Recruitment are currently recruiting for leading precision engineering firm. They are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join its dynamic team. Specialising in high-quality, complex components, the organisation prides itself on innovation and excellence. Offering a competitive hourly rate of £19.50, the company also provides ample opportunities for overtime, enhancing your earning potential. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7am – 5pm, with overtime available after 5pm or on Friday mornings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Programme, set, and operate Mazak 250msy and 250my turning centres.
- Produce high-quality components with both turning and milling features.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proficiency in programming and operating Mazak 250msy and 250my turning centres; experience with driven tooling.
- Innovation: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Business Impact: Demonstrated experience in producing precision components that meet stringent quality standards.
