Academics are currently recruiting Humanities Teachers on behalf of a network of secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire (East & West). We offer a range of roles to fit around your preferences - from flexible daily supply to part-time, full-time, and long-term positions. Opportunities are available immediately, from Easter, and for September 2026 starts.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Subjects may include History, Geography, and Religious Studies
Adapt to different school environments with confidence and professionalism
Follow school behaviour policies and ensure a positive learning atmosphere
Opportunities to build long-term placements if desired
Ideal Applicant:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in your subject specialism
Strong classroom management skills
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
Passionate about teaching and supporting student progress
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
