The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the Role
A leading organisation in planned maintenance is seeking a customer-focused Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout refurbishment works, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information in line with GDPR
• Understand project scope, programme, and planned activities
• Schedule appointments and manage access via internal systems
• Produce weekly reports for site and contract teams
• Prepare and distribute resident communications
• Respond to resident enquiries and provide timely updates
• Monitor and promote high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adapt communication to meet diverse resident needs
• Support compliance with Social Housing Consumer Standards
• Report property concerns such as damp or mould
• Record Resident Satisfaction Scores accurately
• Log all interactions and escalate issues when required
• Identify and report safeguarding or vulnerability concerns
• Work collaboratively with clients, teams, and contractors
• Attend project meetings and contribute to service improvements
About You
• Experience in a customer-focused or resident-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills including MS Office and job systems
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
• Empathetic and able to build trust with residents
