Job Description
Perform calibration of dimensional measuring instruments and reference standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using PC-DMIS software.
Carry out dimensional inspections and verification activities to support production and quality requirements.
Lead root cause analysis investigations relating to dimensional and quality concerns, implementing effective corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Metrologist, Calibration Engineer, CMM Engineer, or similar role.
Extensive MCOSMOS programming experience.
Strong understanding of dimensional metrology and calibration processes.
Experience using a variety of precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
