The Opportunity
We’re hiring an exceptional Head of Marketing to build, scale and monetise one of the most ambitious founder-led personal brands in UK business.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing engine behind the Joseph Valente personal brand and Valente Consulting, working directly with Founder & CEO Joseph Valente.
Your focus will be clear: build attention, turn attention into demand, and convert that demand into measurable revenue.
We’re looking for a commercially driven marketing leader who understands that exceptional marketing isn't simply about impressions, followers or engagement. It is about building a powerful brand while creating marketing systems that generate leads, customers and long-term commercial growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will take overall ownership of the Joseph Valente personal brand, developing the strategy required to position Joseph as a leading voice within UK business and entrepreneurship.You'll create consistent, high-impact positioning and messaging across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, ensuring every platform contributes to a clear and recognisable brand. A major part of the role will be building and managing a high-output content operation. This will include daily short-form content, weekly long-form video and regular Unfinished Business episodes.
Rather than simply producing content for the sake of posting, you'll develop repeatable formats, compelling hooks, storytelling frameworks and campaigns designed to build authority, generate demand and grow an engaged audience.
You'll be responsible for turning that attention into commercial results by building and optimising funnels, email journeys, campaigns, offers and pricing strategies. You'll drive qualified demand into Valente Consulting programmes, events, workshops and academies while working closely with the Sales Team to continuously improve conversion.
You'll also take ownership of paid media strategy across platforms including Meta, YouTube and TikTok, managing significant advertising budgets and developing scalable campaigns with clearly measurable returns.
As Head of Marketing, you'll lead and develop the existing marketing team, including our Social Media Manager and videographers, while building out the wider function as the business continues to scale.
You'll establish clear structures, responsibilities, KPIs and performance standards while creating an environment where creativity and commercial accountability work together.
You'll work closely with Sales, Events and senior leadership to ensure marketing activity is connected to the wider growth strategy of the business.

This is a commercially accountable leadership position. While audience growth and content performance matter, success will ultimately be measured by the impact marketing has on the business.
You'll take ownership of key performance indicators including marketing-generated revenue, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, lead-to-sale conversion, paid media return on investment, audience and content growth, and attendance across events and workshops. You'll use data to understand what's working, identify opportunities and continually improve performance rather than relying on vanity metrics.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has experience scaling a personal brand, founder-led business or high-growth commercial marketing operation.
You'll understand the relationship between brand, content, direct-response marketing, paid acquisition, funnels and sales. You'll be commercially focused, highly analytical and comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
You'll know how to take ideas and turn them into structured marketing systems that can be measured, improved and scaled.
Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable working directly with a high-profile founder, challenging ideas when appropriate, moving quickly and taking genuine ownership of results.
The ambition for this role is significant: build one of the most recognised founder-led business brands in the UK and create a marketing engine capable of supporting Valente Consulting's growth towards £25M+.
