The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative R&D team, taking products from concept and prototype through to manufacture and launch.
The Role
As a Product Innovation Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing innovative mobility and securement systems. Working closely with engineering, production, quality, and international teams, you'll help deliver safe, reliable, and commercially viable products that meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop new mobility and vehicle adaptation products
* Create concepts, prototypes, and test solutions using CAD and hands-on engineering techniques
* Support projects throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept to production
* Conduct product testing, validation, and root cause investigations
* Produce technical documentation, including DFMEAs, specifications, and validation plans
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective
* Support vehicle integration and installation development
* Liaise with suppliers, testing facilities, and external partners
* Contribute to continuous improvement and product innovation initiatives
About You
* Degree, HNC, or HND in Mechanical, Automotive, or Product Design Engineering
* Experience within product development, R&D, design, or prototyping
* Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering
* Proficiency with 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
* Knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about innovation and bringing new products to market
