What you’ll do
* Keep our production lines performing at their best through proactive maintenance, rapid fault-finding, and smart continuous improvements.
* Own the uptime: diagnose electrical and mechanical issues fast and fix them right, first time.
* Champion safety and compliance while driving OEE, yield, and waste reduction.
* Collaborate with operations, quality, and CI teams to trial new tech and implement sustainable upgrades.
* Share knowledge, support apprentices, and help build a world-class engineering culture.
What you bring
* Strong multi-skilled background: electrical (PLC fault-finding, sensors, drives) and mechanical (pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes).
* Experience in fast-paced FMCG/food or beverage manufacturing.
* A preventative mindset with a track record of delivering reliability improvements.
* Cool head under pressure, clear communicator, and a team player who owns outcomes.
* Flexibility for shifts and call-outs as needed.
