Head of Temporary & Interim Recruitment | Professional Services Recruitment
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40k-£55k basic + Uncapped Commission + Leadership Bonus + Future Equity of Success

An established, highly respected Professional Services recruitment business is investing in the launch of a brand-new Temporary & Interim Recruitment Division and is looking for an ambitious, sales-driven recruiter to lead its growth.
This is a rare opportunity for a successful Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Leader or Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a new business unit, develop a team around you and create a significant revenue stream within a thriving recruitment business.
Unlike many leadership opportunities, you'll inherit warm relationships, PSL agreements, a recognised brand and an established client base across the Midlands, giving you a genuine platform for success from day one.

Role
This is a hands-on sales and leadership position where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client partnerships and building a high-performing temporary recruitment function.
You will focus on:
Growing and maximising revenue from existing client relationships
Winning new business across the Midlands and wider UK market
Developing temporary, interim and contract recruitment solutions
Building talent pipelines and candidate networks
Recruiting, coaching and developing recruitment consultants
Creating and implementing growth strategies
Driving KPIs, performance and profitability
Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
Establishing the business as a recognised leader within Professional Services recruitment
Experience
We are interested in speaking with ambitious recruiters who have a proven track record in sales, business development and client relationship management.

High-performing 360 Recruiter seeking a leadership opportunity
Experience within Professional Services recruitment would be advantageous, however recruiters from commercial, finance, HR, legal, office support, industrial, education, healthcare or technical sectors will also be considered.
Most importantly, you will have:
A strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent business development and networking skills
The ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
A consultative approach to client management
Strong leadership potential or management experience
