Gold Education Recruitment is currently working with a number of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Harlow and the surrounding areas, seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers for day-to-day and short-term cover opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Providing day-to-day and short-term cover in local primary and secondary schools
• Creating a positive and productive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students to remain engaged and achieve their potential
• Adapting confidently to different schools, classrooms, and teaching environments
• Providing feedback to schools following lessons where required
What We're Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a UK primary or secondary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt quickly and build positive relationships with students and staff
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
