As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn through play, build confidence and develop essential life skills during those all-important early years.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Support children's learning and development through play based activities
Help create a fun, stimulating and inclusive early years environment
Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents
Promote children's wellbeing, safety and emotional development
Observe, monitor and contribute to children's developmental progress
Encourage curiosity, creativity and independence every single day
What We're Looking For
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Previous experience working within nurseries or early years settings
A warm, patient and caring approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early years education and child development
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of nursery life
