Management Accountant
East Leeds (Hybrid Working)
£45,000 – £55,000 + Benefits

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in East Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a role that offers real ownership, variety, and the chance to influence key business decisions.

The Role
Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team, you’ll play a central role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, while driving improvements across systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing monthly management accounts within set deadlines
Leading month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
Delivering insightful management information with clear variance analysis
Supporting internal and external reporting requirements, including audit
Building strong relationships across the business to ensure accurate financial data
Identifying and implementing process and system improvements
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and wider commercial finance activities
About You

Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Experience within a busy finance function
Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders across the business
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines
Strong Excel skills
