The Role - KS1 Teacher
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum while covering a maternity leave. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to ensure all pupils make excellent progress. The role will involve assessing pupil attainment, planning differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs, and supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development. A strong understanding of phonics and the KS1 curriculum is essential.

Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for primary education are essential for this role.
