The Role This is a relationship-led, revenue-generating role focused on developing existing client accounts.
You will:
- Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
- Build strong relationships and understand their business needs
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
- Position solutions that genuinely add value to clients
- Work towards targets in a supportive, high-energy environment
This role is ideal if you are currently in a customer-facing role and ready for the next step into sales.
You might be:
- Working in a call centre or customer service environment
- Comfortable speaking to customers and building rapport quickly
- Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
- Confident, outgoing, and naturally chatty
- Keen to develop new skills and progress your career
