Following continued success, they are now establishing their presence in Bristol and are looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead the charge.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of sales operations and strategy for the Bristol location. You'll research market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and use those insights to develop and implement sales strategies that drive occupancy, revenue, and long-term member relationships.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies for the Bristol market
* Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
* Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
* Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximise exposure and profitability
* Research market trends and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy
* Build relationships with local businesses, brokers, and the wider Bristol commercial community
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in sales
* 3+ years' sales leadership experience
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* A passion for exceptional customer service and premium workspace environments
* Experience in flexible workspace, serviced offices, property, or hospitality would be an advantage
