Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 plus excellent benefits including bonus (typically 5% to 10%), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5% pension, cash plan, life assurance and modern collaborative office facilities.
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available with 2 days in the office and flexibility around working arrangements.

A rare opportunity for a proactive and driven sales manager to an international team, playing a key role in their sales function to grow business and provide solutions for the world's most forward-thinking companies.
Ideal candidate will have strong drive, entrepreneurial spirit and determination. You will maximise product sales opportunities and profitability, focusing primarily on existing clients & incoming leads.
In addition, the role will require business development, converting new leads, researching and addressing opportunities, and ensuring growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets across your portfolio of accounts.
Generate and convert new business opportunities through inbound leads, networking, referrals, prospecting, and market research.
Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth within existing clients while identifying opportunities to win new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, procurement, HR, events, and other business functions.
Understand clients' business objectives, marketing strategies, procurement processes, and brand requirements to proactively deliver relevant merchandise and promotional solutions.Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' B2B sales experience, ideally within promotional merchandise, branded products, marketing services, events, or a related sector.
Proven track record of winning and developing new business opportunities.
Experience managing and growing key client accounts.
Strong consultative and strategic selling skills.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong forecasting, planning, and organisational abilities.
