As Head of People you will lead the people strategy for the business, ensuring every colleague has the opportunity to thrive. You will work closely with the leadership team to create an engaging, high-performing culture while supporting managers to bring out the very best in their teams.

- Devising and implementing the people strategy
- Coaching and supporting managers through people challenges
- Championing a positive and people first culture
- Managing and driving performance within the people team
- Leading recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent
- Supporting Managers with identifying high potential talent and creating internal succession plans
- Driving colleague engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Using people data and insights to help shape business decisions
- Continuously improving the people processes, ensuring alignment with company values
- Supporting the business with organisational design
The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate and creative individual who has gained significant experience in a senior HR role, ideally with some exposure to a scaling business and a customer service-based environment. Strong talent management experience is also important for this role, along with a commercial mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
