Lead a Major Residential Development in Dorset
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a prestigious new-build residential development in Poole.
We're looking for a driven, hands-on professional who can hit the ground running and oversee the successful delivery of the electrical package from installation through to final commissioning and handover. This is a high-profile project offering excellent day rates, a strong site team, and the potential for a longer-term engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing all electrical works on a large-scale residential development
Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved
Coordinating labour, materials, procurement, and project schedules
Working closely with clients, consultants, and principal contractors
Ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
Attending progress meetings and driving project performance
Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handoverWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing electrical packages on residential or large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Relevant electrical qualifications
JIB-ECS & SMSTS preferred
