The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of established customers, acting as their trusted point of contact and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Working closely with estimating, production, customer service and logistics teams, you'll oversee projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support future business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Coordinate print projects from enquiry through to completion
• Produce quotations and manage customer requests efficiently
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress, resolving any issues proactively
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
Experience required:
• A minimum of five years' experience within the print industry
• Previous Account Management, Client Services or Print Customer Service experience
• A good understanding of commercial print production
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, customer-first approach
• Experience with CRM or MIS software would be advantageous
