We're now looking for an Outdoor Lead to join our team, someone who's ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.

Friendly central support team always on hand to help. How you'll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead:
By providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child's individual needs both indoors and outdoors.
Through working collaboratively with your team to create a safe, playful, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
By building warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child's development and outdoor experiences. Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:
A Passion for the Outdoors!!
Must be at least Level 3 qualified.
Excellent understanding of EYFS.
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
