Key Responsibilities:
🌟 Onboarding & Offboarding: Own and deliver a seamless experience, from ID checks to payroll coordination.
📈 Process Improvement: Maintain and enhance HR trackers, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
🤖 Tech Integration: Support the implementation of our AI-enabled HR system and ensure high-quality data management.
📊 Data Management: Handle employee data and workflows, ensuring GDPR compliance.
🤝 First Point of Contact: Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
🔍 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance workflows.
✅ Compliance Tracking: Ensure key compliance activities, such as GDPR training, are completed and reviewed annually.
📜 Reference Checks: Handle external reference checks and employment verification requests.
🎉 Operational Support: Contribute to admissions, finance, and internal events as needed.What We're Looking For:
