An exciting role to join a growing AC & Mechanical specialist who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients in London. This is a mobile position and all of the sites are based in London & M25 and surrounding areas.
You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering London and the m25 on a range of commercial and high residential contracts. You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning service and maintenance .
Requirements
Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
Full Drivers Licence
Strong working knowledge of leading AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc.)
Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic Salary of up to £60,000
Quarterly Bonus for achieved objectives based on achievable targets
Monday to Friday 07:00am – 18:00pm (10 Hour working Day, Inclusive of travel & 30 min Break)

Air conditioning, Chillers & refrigeration - Service / maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
