Do you have a background in Payroll Administration or similar, looking to join an established accountancy practice offering a part-time role and a supportive working environment?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established independent accounting practice providing accounts, tax, bookkeeping and payroll services to a loyal client base of small and micro-sized businesses across Norfolk. Due to continued growth, the business is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll process for a growing portfolio of clients.

This varied role will see you processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, managing PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments and pensions, while ensuring all payroll and CIS requirements are completed accurately and on time. You will also liaise with clients, employees, HMRC and pension providers, providing a professional and reliable service.

This role would suit someone with a background in Payroll Administration looking for a part-time role with an established accountancy practice in a supportive work environment.

The Role:

Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for multiple clients from start to finish
Calculating PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, SPP, attachments and pension contributions
Processing new starters and leavers, including P45s
Administering auto-enrolment pension schemes and liaising with pension providers
Processing CIS requirements, including subcontractor invoices and HMRC verification
Advising clients on CIS deductions and providing subcontractors with monthly payment and deduction reports
18-21 hours per week over 5 daysThe Person:
