The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We're working with a leading Formula 1 team who are looking to bring in experienced Quality Inspectors to support their high-performance manufacturing environment.

The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring components meet strict engineering and racing standards.
Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leaders, you will:
Inspect components against detailed engineering drawings
Ensure compliance with tight tolerances and specifications
Support efficient processing and release of parts
Produce clear and concise non-conformance reports
Contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with detail-driven inspectors who thrive in high-pressure engineering environments.
Key experience includes:
Strong experience with PolyWorks (essential)
CMM programming using PC-DMIS
Confident use of inspection arms
Solid understanding and practical application of GD&T
Experience with metrology bench equipment & standard inspection tools
Familiarity with laser part marking equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Rates (PAYE)
Grade 1: £29.91 per hour
Grade 2: £23.23 per hour
Grade 3: £19.68 per hour
