This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile organisation known for delivering exceptional experiences, operating to the highest standards, and welcoming a diverse range of visitors, stakeholders, and guests.

Initially offered on a temporary basis with an immediate start, this position offers genuine potential to become a permanent role for the right individual.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a professional and memorable first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors and guests
Managing reception and maintaining an exceptional front-of-house environment
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing spaces for visitors and events
Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
Supporting teams across the business with administrative tasks
Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
Assisting with internal meetings, events, and office activities
Maintaining visitor records and handling confidential information with discretion
Supporting the wider business with general office coordination duties

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced within a Receptionist, Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer Service role
Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with people at all levels
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator both face-to-face and over the phone
Proactive, approachable, and solution-focused
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information professionally
Eager to contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
