Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to breakdowns and service calls, ensuring minimal downtime
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of equipment
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future breakdowns
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to solve complex problems
Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Breakdown Engineer or similar role
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Relevant qualifications in engineering or related fields
