We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of a new build school project based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
The successful project manager will manage the project from inception through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day delivery of a new build school project.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor programme, budgets, and project performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Produce regular progress reports and attend project meetings.
Lead the project team as the project manager, ensuring all project objectives are achieved.Requirements:
Proven experience as a project manager on new build construction projects (school or education projects desirable).
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health and safety legislation.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
Enhanced DBS check is essential due to the nature of the project.
The successful project manager will be confident in managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects to successful completion.What We Offer:
