You will be responsible for delivering engaging practical and classroom-based sessions, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to succeed within the workplace. Working with a supportive team of education professionals, you will play a key role in supporting learner development, improving technical ability and preparing students for successful careers within the construction sector.

The Role
Deliver Property Maintenance Operations programmes across a range of levels
Teach practical workshop sessions alongside classroom-based theory
Full Teacher Training and Qualifications provided
35 hours per week, all year round
Based in Aylesbury
The Person
Level 3 qualification in a relevant Construction discipline
Strong industry experience within Property Maintenance, Construction or a related trades
Looking to move into education or already have teaching experience
