We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to manage order processing, stock management, purchasing, and dispatch. You will play a vital role in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and sent out on time.

Key Responsibilities

Process and administer sales orders, purchase orders, and dispatch workflows in line with strict SLAs.
Accurately enter sales orders, checking account details are correct and up to date.
Pick, pack, and arrange dispatch for items via courier, postal services, or electronic delivery channels.
Raise purchase orders and initiate payment requests for stock replenishment.
Respond efficiently to day-to-day enquiries from clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email.
Maintain compliance with internal quality control standards and external audit guidelines.Required Skills & Experience

High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient IT user, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
A dependable team player with strong self-initiative and focus on results.
Prior experience in a similar administrative/fulfilment position.Details:

Title: Operations Operative
Salary: £26,000 to £28,500
Location: Wokingham, fully on-site
