Location: Blackburn (BB1)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Goods In / Stock Picker to join a busy and well-established steel and engineering distribution business based in Blackburn.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or stock control experience who is looking to join a fast-paced environment with long-term stability.
The Role
* Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes
* Accurately book stock into the system
* Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
* Organise and store materials safely within the warehouse
* Carry out regular stock checks and inventory control
* Load and unload deliveries as required
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse, goods-in, or stock control role
* Experience working with steel or heavy materials (preferred but not essential)
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
