A highly regarded specialist SEN school in High Barnet is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:
Teach a broad and engaging curriculum at secondary level, tailored to meet a wide range of SEN needs
Deliver structured, differentiated lessons that support students with autism
Foster a positive, predictable classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic student development
Contribute to the wider school ethos of inclusion, consistency, and student-centred learningThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly those with autism
Confident in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Calm, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
