We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client’s busy and professional team based in Enfield.
This is a varied and client-facing role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the office, assist internal teams, and ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service.
Previous experience within the construction industry would be an advantage, but this is not essential. Experience using Mac systems would also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general office administration duties
* Answering calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Managing and updating records, documents, and office systems
* Supporting with scheduling, paperwork, and general coordination
* Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently
* Providing excellent customer service in a client-facing environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in an office administration role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
* A confident, professional, and client-focused approach
* Good IT skills
* Experience using Mac systems would be beneficial
* Construction industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
