The role:
Deliver a warm, engaging and personalised customer experience
Confidently style customers and recommend products
Build genuine relationships and encourage repeat business
Work towards individual and store sales targets
Maintain excellent visual and operational standards
Support the wider team during busy trading periods
What we're looking for:
Previous experience within fashion or premium retail
A confident, outgoing and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and styling skills
A commercial approach and enthusiasm for achieving targets
Flexibility to work across a full retail rota
