An established and growing Building Management Systems specialist is seeking an experienced Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer to join its London service team.

The Role
This is a varied position combining the stability of a resident site with the diversity of mobile service work.

3–4 days per week based at a prestigious Central London site.

1–2 days per week carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across London.
*
Service, maintenance and fault finding on Trend BMS systems.
*
Diagnose and resolve control system faults efficiently.
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
*
Produce clear service reports and communicate effectively with clients.
*
Participate in a 1 in 6 out-of-hours call-out rota.
Requirements
*
Proven experience servicing and maintaining Trend BMS systems.
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls.
*
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
