As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen:
Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes and guest experiences
Consistently produce dishes to a high standard
Assist with menu development, including new recipes and specials
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth serviceWhat we're looking for:

Previous chef experience working with fresh produce at a good standard
