Key Responsibilities
As an Agency Chef, you will:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen.
Support service for up to 600 covers per day during peak season.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen brigade to deliver consistently high standards.
Help ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations throughout service.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience within Rosette-standard or high-end kitchens.
Is confident producing quality food in a high-volume environment.
Has experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong chef ready to step up.
Can commit to working through until September.
Is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys working as part of a team
Ideally has experience working in or around Freshwater or is happy to relocate for the season.
