The school is looking to appoint a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work across all year groups, supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes while working closely with teaching staff to provide high-quality classroom support.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children with SEND and complex needs within a school setting
A caring, patient and nurturing approach
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive attitude with the willingness to get stuck in
Adaptability and resilience in a busy school environment
