About the Role
The school is seeking a flexible Teaching Assistant (TA) for regular, weekly work. The successful candidate will be adaptable, as duties may range from supporting the nursery to Key Stage 2, including work within the school’s Special Resource Base (SRB). The ability to work independently and across all phases of the school is essential. This is a school where culture is prioritised, offering a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least six months’ experience working with children in an educational setting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Experience supporting children with additional learning needs on a one-to-one basis
